  1. In Google Ad Manager’s side menu, under Delivery, navigate to Orders

  2. Click ‘New order’

  3. Name your new order according to your naming conventions

  4. As the advertiser, select ‘Google ADX (Ad network)’

  5. All other inputs in this page can be ignored - scroll down and click ‘Add line item’
