This means the are stored on the publishers domain and are not shared or synced with any other domain. They are both persistent and use a set expiration date.

Browsi User ID Cookie
Browsi marks users by using a specific user id (key) that is generated per user, that id is created upon user’s first encounter with Browsi on a specific domain (no cross domain). That id is stored inside a cookie with 1 year expiration date.
